DESCRIPTION
Located in 11^th district of Paris, between station subway Bastille and Voltarie. Very close to the “rue de la Roquette” where full of fashion bars and restaurants.

this studio is situated on the 2st floor of a nineteenth century Parisian building. Wholly wooden stair. Intercom Security door

The studio is facing in a quite courtyard which the walls are painted by the yellow warm color, two big window oriented South-West, decorate the plants. You can enjoy the sun light and Claire space, ancient oak beams, wooden floors, open bar-kitchen, the renovation took place in Sep 2010.
The interior of the apartment has been optimized by the creation of an open bar-kitchen

The living room has a high quality double bed (140cm*190cm). One very good sofa-bed with very simple operation, it will not occupied the space when it was unfold.

There are also a large wardrobe for your clothes and shoes,

Facing the double bed is a flat screen cable TV fix on the wall, a telephone to call many destinations for free and broadband internet access WIFI and cable line available.

A wooden bar with two stools builds a separation between the living room and the kitchen hanging metal-engraving lamps warming the atmosphere.

The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, an electric boiler and a coffee machine.

Rue de la Roquette in Paris is like a village with numerous fashion bar and restaurants. You can stay very late in the rue de lappe—“bar street, and just go home by walking
